Code of Conduct

Dear valued members,

On behalf of our collective Clubs, we would like to thank you for your continued membership, support, and patronage. Our Clubs have faced collective adversity over the last few years, and we could not have gotten through these unprecedented challenges without your support.

We are also incredibly grateful for the resilience & hard work of our dedicated staff.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind all members and visitors alike that any inappropriate, violent, or unreasonable behaviour towards our staff, other members and/or visitors is unacceptable. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse or harassment, and we will not hesitate to suspend members or visitors from the Club(s) if they are not adhering to acceptable behaviour standards.

We have all experienced a trying period of time and ask that our staff are respected & treated in a socially acceptable manner.

We have a responsibility to provide a safe, peaceful & enjoyable environment for the enjoyment of our members, visitors & employees. We must adhere to all governing regulations, including our liquor and gaming license requirements, and will continue to do so to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing.

We remind all members of the Club’s Member and Visitor Code of Conduct, with a copy of the code available at Sports Club reception and online here: NBSC Member & Visitor Code of Conduct – June 22.

Once again, we thank you for your support of the Club and look forward to your ongoing support.

Ewen Nevett (Chair, North Ballarat Sports Club), Angela Carey (Chair, North Ballarat Football Netball Club) & Brett Severino (President, North Ballarat Cricket Club).
