YMCA Seniors Fitness Classes






North Ballarat Sports Club

Our YMCA older adults fitness classes are held twice a week on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10.30 to 11.15am.

The classes are designed for our older members to enjoy gentle exercises in company with good music, an accredited instructor and in a safe environment.

Come along and get fit having fun with friends at the same time!

Easy to join by coming along to reception on the day and meeting up with the rest of the group – no booking required!
