2021 Nomination & Election of Directors

Nominations have now closed for election of Directors of the North Ballarat Sports Club Inc.

The Annual General Meeting will now be held on Monday 28th June 2021. The time and venue to be confirmed (subject to Covid restrictions).

Four (4) positions are open for election

The newly Elected Directors will serve for a period of two (2) years.

Nominations are required to be in writing and signed by an eligible proposer and seconder of the candidate who shall endorse thereon their consent. Nominations will be received on the official nomination form attached to this notice.

This form must be received by the Returning Officer no later than 4.00pm AEST Wednesday 12 May 2021.

Nominations received after this time will not be accepted.

If an election is required, the lot draw for the election ballot order of candidate for all nominees received by this time will be held at the North Ballarat Sports Club on Friday 14 May 2021.
Nominees are encouraged to supply a 150 word candidate profile at the time of nomination.

Members are advised the Annual General Meeting of the North Ballarat Sports Club Inc will take place Monday 28 June 2021 (time and venue to be confirmed) . Agenda and meeting information will be forwarded to eligible members shortly.
